All training course bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. A course transfer option will only be provided if My KNX Store amend the date of the specific course(s) booked.
Gift cards will only be issued to those who attend the complete course. The value of the gift card issued is limited to one person, per company, per course date and will be valid for one year.
Gift cards are not applicable for bespoke courses or extra course dates provided in addition to our published training schedule.
