As a dedicated specialist in KNX distribution, My KNX plays a pivotal role in supporting and advancing intelligent building control across the UK. With over a decade of experience, we have established a strong reputation for delivering market-leading supply and technical support for KNX projects nationwide. Working in close collaboration with the KNX UK Association and a network of leading global manufacturers, we are committed to promoting the KNX standard while equipping integrators and partners with the latest innovations in smart building technology.
Industry engagement has always been a central focus and over the years we have actively supported and exhibited at major UK and international trade shows to both champion the KNX standard and present cutting-edge solutions. Among these, Light + Building in Frankfurt stands out as a flagship event on the global stage.
The 2026 edition once again demonstrated the strength and evolution of KNX technology, with our key manufacturing partners unveiling a range of significant product developments.

Events like Light + Building are invaluable, enabling us to strengthen manufacturer relationships and stay aligned with the latest global innovations, ensuring our clients benefit from best-in-class solutions.
Recognising that international travel is not always feasible for all partners, this year we hosted two dedicated ‘Light + Building Insights’ events, one in central London and another at our Northumberland HQ. These sessions were designed to bring the key innovations from Frankfurt directly to the UK market, with a focus on practical applications within real-world KNX projects.
Both events saw strong attendance and engagement, sparking valuable discussions across integrators, manufacturers and industry stakeholders. They reinforced the collaborative strength of the KNX UK community and the importance of knowledge-sharing in delivering high-quality smart building solutions.

We would like to extend our thanks to partners ABB, Ekinex, Gira, MDT, Theben and 1Home for their support, alongside the KNX UK Association for delivering an insightful market update.
A highlight of the London event was the celebration of the annual KNX UK Awards. It was great to see key partners Avinu and Waverley recognised for Best Residential Project and Best Application respectively. Additionally, our very own General Manager, Paul Kinghorn, was honoured as KNX Champion, an acknowledgement of his significant contribution to the industry.

Building on the momentum of 2026, we look forward to further strengthening partnerships and delivering advanced building control solutions well into the future. Watch this space!
