System Support
At My KNX Store we understand that system requirements can vary greatly between projects and that new products and/or more advanced levels of system commissioning can be needed to achieve the desired levels of control. In addition to our KNX training offering we provide direct system support whereby a member of our technical team will work directly with you either remotely or on site. This is a trade service and only available to certified KNX Partners who hold an active trade account with us.
