My KNX Store is a leading KNX training academy providing unique training programs to help our trainees step into the world of KNX at our in-house training academy in Gateshead. Throughout the year we hold numerous KNX certification and advanced courses and are proud to have a 100% pass rate.
Last week we held another fully booked Fast Track Certification course, our third of 2018 hosting trainees from across the UK. This 5-day course comprised of modules from our foundation and intermediate courses along with a theory and practical exam with successful candidates achieving KNX Partner status.
Throughout the week our trainees worked through various theoretical and practical workshops developing their knowledge on how to design and program a KNX system on the KNX programming software, ETS. We are happy to once again announce all our trainees passed with flying colours.
It is always a fun week when trainees are in the academy and we were joined by representatives from two of our key suppliers, ABB and Theben, who both led product-based presentations. These are a great way for our trainees to see how certain products can be used to achieve the requirements of a project and learn more about the latest products on the market.
We always enjoy hosting evening meals for our trainees during the week with our suppliers at various local restaurants, this time including the popular Miller & Carter Newcastle. We find this is not only a great way for our trainees to switch off after a long day but a fantastic networking opportunity for our trainees and a chance for them to learn more about our suppliers and the KNX industry.
