As we move through November our attention now turns to the Christmas break and the associated supplier order cuts offs along with increased demands on unit production and courier services seen in the lead up to the festive period.
As a result, we advise that all orders which require a pre-Christmas delivery are submitted as soon as possible. For any custom build items please contact us directly as lead-times may vary on a case-by-case basis.
All orders will be held until a complete shipment can be achieved. If you require a part shipment of in-stock items, please contact a member of the My KNX Store team directly.

Christmas Opening Hours: The My KNX Store office will be closed from 17:00 on the 21st December and will reopen at 08:00 on the 2nd January. All orders and enquiries received during that time will be processed upon our return.
