Following the developing Coronavirus outbreak, we want to reassure our customers that it is business as usual at My KNX Store. Some company operations, including face-to-face meetings and training have however been temporary postponed and we will continue to monitor this changing situation following the advice published from the World Health Organisation and Public Health England, as well as that of local government.
Deliveries:
There are currently no delays in our supply chain. However, we are aware that guidelines are changing on a daily basis and we are in regular contact with our suppliers to ensure any delays or impacting factors are monitored and reacted to. All customers will be notified if any active orders are subject to an extended delivery date.
