My KNX Store: Christmas Last Orders & Office Closures 2019

Last orders for pre-Christmas Delivery:

If you require a particular unit or complete order before Christmas, we advise you to place your order by 11^th December at the very latest. Although we cannot guarantee a pre-Christmas delivery this will give us the best possible chance to fulfil any out of stock orders before the holiday break.

Office Closures:

The My KNX Store office will be closed from 12:00 on Tuesday 24^th December until 08:00 Thursday 2^nd January 2020.

• Boxing Day: CLOSED
• 27^th December: CLOSED
• 28^th December: CLOSED
• New Year’s Eve: CLOSED
• New Year’s Day: CLOSED
• Thursday 2^nd January: 08:00 – 17:00

Delivery Information:

Our last dispatch date is Friday 20^th December

Orders of in stock items can be placed up to 15:00 on Friday 20^th December and will be dispatched that afternoon. Although we can ensure that orders meeting the above criteria will be dispatched on Friday 20^th December, we are not responsible for any courier delays due to the busy festive period.

Any orders which include an out of stock item(s) are subject to the relevant manufacturer lead time however, due to the factory shut downs lead times may be extended and vary per manufacturer.

If you are looking to place an order over the coming weeks, we advise you to do so as soon as possible to beat the Christmas delivery rush.
