Light & Build 2022 Product Releases – Theben

On the eve of Light & Build Theben has released a number of new KNX product lines including a 0-10v /1-10v 4-channel dimming actuator and a 1-channel flush mounted actuator for electric heating 10A with both KNX wired and KNX RF variations. SM 4 KNX:

Features:

• DIN-rail 4-way switching/dimming actuator 10 A 133 µF, KNX TP.
• For the control of electrical consumers with 0-10 V or 1-10 V interface.
• Flexible use of control and relay outputs.
• Control outputs suitable for active (0-10 V, source) and passive control (1-10 V, sink), as well as mixed operation.
• Support of colour and colour temperature control.
• Simple commissioning and programming in the ETS, without additional tools or ETS app.
• Secure communication via with support of „KNX Data Secure”.
• Inrush current max. 800 A, for the reliable switching of capacitive loads (ECG and LED drivers).
• Fan and valve(s) 0-10V

EU 1 KNX:

Features:

• 1-way flush-mounted actuator for electric heating 16 A, KNX TP, Data Secure.
• Easy installation due to the compact housing.
• Secure communication via with support of „KNX Data Secure”.
• For direct connection of electric heating with high switching capacity.
• Integrated temperature controller can also be configured as an additional heater.
• Additional stage function for simple control of a second heat generator.
• 2 binary inputs for floating contacts such as buttons, switches, temperature sensor (I2).
• Integrated temperature monitoring for increased operating safety, e.g. in the event of overload.
• The binary inputs are assigned to the dimming output as standard (function test before programming)
