Due to its flush-mounted design both units are a great way to achieve the desired level of control when board spacing or building layouts are limiting factors. In addition, it provides a great ‘get our of jail free card’ or for future system expansion. Both HU1 and HU1 RF units will shortly be launched (release date mid-September 2020) and available at My KNX Store.
HU1 Function Description
- 1-way flush-mounted heating actuator
- Secure communication with support of KNX Data Secure
- Noiseless control of thermal actuators 230 V AC
- Integrated temperature controller heating/cooling
- Valve protection function
- Easy installation due to the compact housing
- 2 binary inputs for floating contacts such as buttons, switches, temperature sensor (I2)
- Integrated temperature monitoring for increased operating safety, e.g. in the event of overload
